　　随着高温耐火纤维产业景气度的不断提升，市场上开始有一些无生产能力，无质量保证，无售后服务的“三无”厂家或公司，借着部分热处理用户对高温陶瓷耐火纤维知识的了解不是很全面，借着部分热处理用户对高温陶瓷耐火纤维应用的风险性、安全性意识较低，通过网络宣传等手段，以价低等方式诱导热处理用户，把耐低温度级的产品充作耐高温度级，把低劣质量的多晶莫来石纤维贴面块充作高质量的，出售给热处理用户。高温纤维(多晶莫来石(氧化铝)纤维)的生产工艺控制要求比较高，其中制胶：凝胶、溶胶，成纤：热空气温度、料压、转数，干燥，中温热处理，高温热处理温度及时间等工艺数据必须精度控制，不然使用后会出现纤维内衬严重收缩、粉化、裂缝、脱落、导致窜火，不仅损坏了工业炉的仪器设备，还造成了工业炉安全生产问题，给热处理用户带来了不小的损失。
